Complaints Procedures

We always welcome feedback both positive and negative, in the unlikely event that you should want to complain about one of our activities we do have a set procedure for you to follow:-

     1. Contact Jim Cooper 01782 655800/01782 575594 to record your complaint.

         He will investigate and respond within 48 hours.

     2. If you are still unhappy you should contact Trustees Bill Bratt/Graham Mudie 01782 655800

         They will review your complaint and respond within 48 hours.

     3. If you fail to reach agreement you should ring Mr Paul Humphries 01782 655800.

         Taking into account all the facts at his disposal he will make a decision,

         this will be Final.
